Orrin Porter Rockwell was a storied figured in American History. He was the longest running member of the Mormon faith at the time of his death. He was personal friend of Joseph Smith and his bodyguard. It is told that he killed more outlaws than Wyatt Earp, Tom Horn, Doc Holiday and Bat Masterson combined. This distinction earned him the nickname "The Destroying Angel of Mormondom".
