This is Veronica Lake, an American film, stage and television actress in the 1940's - 1960's. While filming I Wanted Wings she developed her peek-a-boo hair style. Lakes signature look came accidentally after her arm slipped off the edge of a table causing her hair to fall and cover her right eye. SOLD

"Life is a carnival" that is what my friend Jeff has always told me... and I'm starting to believe him! Having grown up right smack dab in the middle of ole Abraham Lincoln's stomping grounds I have never lacked for ideas or inspiration being. I have always been creative, selling my wares as I go. I have worked with wood and restored antiques which in turn began a love of reclaimed & repurposed items. I am facinated with the story that lies within a piece, unkown at first glance.
